Beth completed a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Health at Coventry University, and will shortly have gained a Diploma in Occupational Health at the University of Birmingham, as well as becoming a member of the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health (CIEH).
Beth has developed a wealth of food safety knowledge, during her experiences working for a catering business during her university studies. Working in a fast paced and customer focused environment has enabled her to develop a dynamic and diligent approach to her work, where she understands the need for a business to balance both compliance and commerce.
Having worked in the garden and leisure sector for over four years, Beth has extended her knowledge of the risks and operations associated within this industry and she enjoys using this knowledge to build positive relationships with clients and improve health and safety practices.
In her spare time Beth enjoys cooking for her friends and family. She likes to explore new places and try different food and drink, as well as attempting to grow her own produce.
