Rebecca joined Southalls after graduating from the University of Wolverhampton with a BSc (Hons) Degree in Environmental Health. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) and, eager to further her development, is currently completing a postgraduate Diploma in The Science of Occupational Health, Safety, and the Environment.
Rebecca has gained a breadth of food safety and health & safety experience, completing a year’s placement within the Environmental Health Team at Telford and Wrekin Council. She has also previously worked in the hospitality and catering industries, applying on-the-job food safety and health and safety knowledge. Being a confident communicator, having delivered a number of presentations and training programmes, she uses her friendly and down to earth manner and her relatable approach to build positive relationships with clients.
Rebecca enjoys her work and is dedicated to supporting clients throughout the development of their food safety and health and safety practices. In her spare time, she is a keen socialiser, enjoys experiencing new places and relaxing with a good coffee or glass of rosé wine!
